Reporting a safety concern
If another member has behaved inappropriately, the fastest way to act is to use the Block and Reportoptions available directly on their profile or in your match/chat — this immediately stops further contact and flags the account for our review. If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.
For harassment, fraud, scams, or emotional/psychological abuse by another member, please report it through the in-app Block/Report tools and, if you'd like, email us directly at shiafamilycare@gmail.com. As explained in our Terms of Use, ShiaFamily is a platform for connecting members and is not responsible for the conduct of any member — but we still want to know, so we can review and act on the account.
Account and data requests
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. For any other request about your personal data — such as a copy of your information or a correction — email us at the address above and we'll respond as described in our Privacy Policy.
